"Sacred Architecture in the Life of the Church"

Mr. Heyer is adjunct professor of Fine Arts at the Pontifical College Josephinum. FIAR375 includes a survey of Catholic architecture, discussions of aesthetic philosophies, and field trips to local parishes in the context of practical issues involved in maintaining, restoring, and building new church complexes. The course is available to Philosophy and Pre-Theology students.
